Help me create
sensory-friendly spaces

“I know our neurodivergent kids struggle in our school environment, but what can I do to help in this big, noisy, bustling space?”

Neurodivergent learners consistently tell us that sorting out the sensory stuff is the single biggest thing schools can do to improve their experience.

Many are highly sensitive to noise, light, temperature, textures, or smells. When their senses are overloaded, learning takes a back seat.

So how can we tone down the sensory load—simply, practically, and without blowing the budget—in ways that show we respect the needs of all learners?

Good news: we’ve got some great, low-cost resources to help you get started.
